Provide End-to-End Candidate Relationship ManagementMost search firms end their relationship with the candidate at the time of placement. An important aspect that should be taken into consideration is the willingness of the search firm to assist the company in the employee’s acclamation in the first 90 days, to ensure a successful transition. We continue a strong follow-on rapport to serve as an early warning sign for potential risk and/or development needs that may not be openly expressed by the candidate to the company representatives. 5.
